One bedroom single (Full Size): apartment occupied by 1 person with a full-size bed. Apartment has living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and does not have a balcony.
Three bedrooms single (Full size): private room with a full-size bed within a 3-bedroom apartment. Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. Apartment occupied by up to 4 people.
Super-single: a bedroom within a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment meant for 2 people but only occupied by 1 person in a private bedroom (two sets of furniture including two Twin XL beds) with private bathroom. Shared living room, kitchen, and balcony with occupants in other bedroom(s).
