Evans Hall, named after Lettie Pate Whitehead Evans - the first woman to serve on the Emory University Board of Trustees, houses second-year students in traditional double and single rooms. Together with Few Hall, the residence halls were the first halls on the Atlanta campus to achieve a LEED Gold designation by the U.S. Green Building Council. Residents who live in Evans enjoy outstanding amenities including air-conditioning and moveable furniture in each room, as well as ample community space on each floor.
