Casa Émory, located at 746 Peavine Creek, provides students with the opportunity of living in a Spanish and Portuguese-speaking environment. It is also a center for departmental activities ranging from informal discussions of contemporary topics to the staging of cultural activities such as films, lectures, music and dance. When possible, a student from the Universidad de Salamanca resides in the building and serves as a liaison between Casa Émory and the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. The affairs of the House are governed by a Constitution that defines the goals, responsibilities, and expectations of its residents. For more information about Casa Emory email the Faculty Advisor Elva Gonzalez at email@example.com.
