Clairmont Campus Move-In Information

If you are arriving on January 14 and January 16 between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, you will go directly to Clairmont Service Center between 9:00 am - 5:00 PM to retrieve the key to your room. 2nd floor of Clairmont Tower, 2425 Dooley Dr, Decatur, GA 30033.You may find the directions to the Clairmont Service Center check-in location on MyHousing's homepage.

If you are arriving after 5:00 PM on January 14, 16, or anytime on January 15. You will go directly to your residence hall and call the RA on-call number posted on the exterior door of your building. Please see below for specific buildings address at Clairmont Campus.

Atlanta and Eagle Row Move-In Information

If you are arriving on January 14 through January 15. You will go directly to your residence hall and call the RA on-call number posted on the exterior door of your building. You may find your building's address and directions to your check-in location on MyHousing's homepage.

If you are arriving on or after January 16, you will go directly to Raoul Service Center between 9:00 am - 5:00 PM to retrieve the key to your room.  2 Eagle Row, Atlanta, GA 30332. Across from The Depot by Kaldi's Coffee.

Early Move In

• For students returning to campus that had a Fall 2023 assignment, please register for Winter Break Housing via MyHousing. 
• For new Spring 2024 residents, please fill out the Early Move-In Request Form via MyHousing. 

Register Your Bike

Housing Operations and Residence Life recommends that all bicycle users register their bikes with the Emory Police Department. Click here to register your bike through the Operation ID Program.
