Tide University Laundry

University Laundry offers a laundry and dry-cleaning service, and it is perfect for busy Emory students with tight schedules! Tide Laundry saves students two hours a week. Students who use University Laundry are grateful for the free time and convenience University Laundry provides.

Collegiate Concepts, Inc.

Collegiate Concepts offers the three following services:

• Microfridges - Collegiate Concepts provides Emory-approved MicroFridges. MicroFridges are combination microwave / refrigerator units; they are the only way to have a microwave in an Emory residence hall room. MicroFridges will be delivered and picked up from students' rooms, making it a convenient alternative to buying, transporting, and storing one.
• Safe - New this year, Collegiate Concepts is also offering a free-standing small safe where students can store their valuables and even charge electronics while keeping them safe!

Care Packages

Collegiate Welcome Care Package programs help parents and families connect with their students during critical times of year (such as exam periods, holidays) or really – whenever they feel like it! Care packages show your students you care. Package proceeds are used for student leadership opportunities and programming on campus. Be sure to check out the healthy packages, special diet and gluten-free care package options.

Storage Squad

We have an exclusive partnership with StorageSquad.com who will pick up, store, and re-deliver your students’ items they will not need until next term. This is a very easy way to make move-out less stressful for you and your student.  

We offer affordable prices for the entire summer. Reserving your students’ space is simple; click here to sign up by April 23, 2024.  

We provide this program because the Storage Squad guarantees an affordable, helpful transition. In addition to making the move-out process easier for students, proceeds from this program come back to our school and are used to support the programs and activities we sponsor for students living in the residence halls.  

Here’s how easy it is:  

• Sign up here!
• Your student picks up boxes and packing tape from a centralized location(s) on campus  
• Your student packs their belongings  
• Your student leaves the belongings to be stored in their room when they leave (but ensure their room is otherwise empty and cleaned)  
• Storage Squad picks up the belongings and stores everything in their secure storage facility  
• Storage Squad delivers before your student returns to campus – it’s that simple!
