How to Submit Maintenance Requests 

To request a repair, submit your work order through SWOOP, our online work order system, or click below.

What Happens After Submitting a SWOOP Work Order Request? 

Once submitted, you should receive an automatic email confirming your work order submission. The Campus Services operations team receives the work order automatically and will handle the issue. Maintenance and cleaning submissions are fulfilled by Campus Services staff on behalf of Housing Operations. 

SWOOP will update you regularly on your work order status. After the issue is resolved, you'll get an email confirming completion.

If you would like to view a work order you submitted, visit SWOOP (cs-swoop.edu), select Submitted Requests on the left side of the screen and then select My SWOOP Requests.

Students are required to keep their apartments clean, as Emory's Building and Residential Staff do not provide routine cleaning or maintenance of bedrooms and apartments during the academic year. 

If you have concerns about your work requests, repair timeline, or issue resolution, contact Housing Operations Facilities staff for help.
