Drivers in the Pre-College program work part-time while the program is in session, June 8th – July 29th, 2020, and have some spring and summer training commitments leading up to the summer sessions. All positions include a private, furnished room. Students are allowed to move directly from their current housing assignment to their summer housing, and then directly from their summer housing to their fall assignment, therefore providing comprehensive housing for the summer. Selected applicants are allowed to have outside employment or take summer classes during the Pre-College program, but must be available to drive for Pre-College 16 hours per week.

Drivers will be responsible for driving Emory University vehicles for off-campus curricular and co-curricular trips that fall between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. In order to meet the expected 16 hours per week, Drivers must be available to consistently work three or four shifts weekly. These shifts will be approximately 3-4 hours.

All applicants must be current Emory or Oxford College students.

The Office of Residence Life will hire 5-7 Drivers for the 2020 Pre-College Program.
