January 26: 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year Housing Application Opens for 2022-23 School Year

February 1-February 11: Same Room Selection for Eligible Clairmont Residents for 2022-23 School Year

 * 2022-23 Housing Agreement MUST be completed to proceed to Same Room Selection steps*

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: "I'm returning next semester, am I'm guaranteed the same room without filling out my housing agreement?"

No. Even if you are eligible to select the same room, you must complete your 2022/2023 Housing Agreement prior to selecting the same room.

Visit your MyHousing portal to complete the Housing Application.

Q: "Can I get my room back if I've entered the traditional housing selection process?"

No.  Eligible students must complete their Same Room Reservation by February 11, otherwise the room is forfeited once entering the Traditional Selection Process.

Q: "Do I get the entire apartment to myself if I don't match or pull someone into the open bedrooms?"

Sounds like a dream, but no- sorry. Housing Operations reserves the right to consolidate partially filled apartments with new roommates after the Same Room Reservation process concludes.

Q: "I selected the same room and I want to pull my friend in. How can I do this?"

Eligible students must match with roommates before selecting the same room. Once the same room is selected, you are no longer eligible to match with a roommate and your housing assignment is binding.

Q: "If I'm returning to the same room in the fall can I leave my belongings there during the summer?"

Unfortunately not. Housing Operations requires students to leave rooms fully vacant of belongings by May 5th at 12:00 P.M. even if the student plans to return to the same room.

Q: "Who can be "pulled into" the open bedroom in my apartment?"

Any rising 3rd or 4th-year students or Oxford graduates planning to live on the Atlanta campus for the fall 2022 semester can be "pulled into" an apartment with an available bedroom.

Q: "Am I able to select my same apartment if my roommate is an RA?"

No. Students living in an apartment designated for Resident Advisor or other Residence Life student staff apartment are unable to participate in Same Room Reservation process.
