Reports to: Service Supervisor

Position Summary
Provide a wide range of support and services to students, staff, families and guests through the service centers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. As a first stop for student housing questions for on-campus residents, the Service Centers manage resident keys, move-ins, move-outs, lock-outs, lock changes, work order follow-up, and general customer service.

Work under the guidance and supervision of the Service Center Representative, Sr. at the Raoul Hall and Clairmont Tower offices. 

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants are required to be in good academic standing with the University, which includes being a full-time registered student at Emory. These positions require good judgment, motivation, self-starting abilities, energy, commitment, caring, self-discipline, knowledge of campus resources, sensitivity to racial and cultural diversity and common sense. Overall job effectiveness is determined by the ability to establish and maintain credibility and good rapport with all residents and fellow staff members, while offering the highest quality of customer service.
