The Undergraduate Residential Center at Clairmont Campus is designed to provide students with apartment-style living, while preserving the benefits of both autonomous and community living. Every apartment houses four students, each of whom will enjoy their own private bedroom. Apartments contain a living area, full kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The apartments have central heat and air conditioning and are equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, washer and dryer units, mini-blinds, and carpet. All utilities are included in the rental price.
Clairmont Amenities
Clairmont Campus amenities include the Clairmont Tower Penthouse, Clocktower Commons located in the URC, and The H Space located in the CRC. These spaces are frequently used as study spaces and for programmatic events. For more information on recreational amenities please visit the Student Activity and Academic Center website.

Manages Clairmont Campus keys including lockouts, temporary loans, lock changes, and lock malfunctions. Directs students and parents to appropriate staff within Housing Operations and Residence Life. Most commonly interacts with Residence Life, maintenance, and Lock Shop.
